Bread Making Workshop

The Great Spanish Bake Off

Part One: Breads

Come and experience an evening of Spanish cookery, conversation and culture, with the first of Gallery 48’s Great Spanish Bake Off workshops.

The workshop is hosted by Gallery 48’s resident Head Chef and bread aficionado, Calum Runciman, who will guide you through 3 very different but equally delicious styles of bread: Focaccia loaves, olive swirls & pleated, sundried tomato bread, whilst offering a few hints and tips and answering any niggling baking queries you may have.

You will also have the opportunity to make a classic Spanish tortilla and learn the authentic way to make Sangria; a great accompaniment whilst you settle down, sample all of your efforts and enjoy some typical Spanish Pinchos.

All abilities are welcome and ingredients are provided. You are free to take home what you have made, just don’t forget to sample our selection of Gallery 48’s homemade jams and chutneys before you leave.

Date: Sunday 28th August
