One half Duncan of Jordanstone Textile Graduate, one half Lawyer turned Interior Designer; Susan Warner & Donna Caira are effortlessly bridging the gap between Art and Interior Design with a fresh and exciting range of typographical prints.
Think architecture; space and simplicity. Think clean, creative and clever. Think words, songs and meanings; vocal but not intimidating.
In a marketplace saturated in lifestyle and feel good quotes, We Are Amused are stripping back and bucking the trend. Their brief is clear: “to create a brand that is edgy… and to have fun and be amused in the process.” Their momentum is enviable, and with stockists including personal heroes, Rockett St George and Liberty London, their success epitomises Dundee’s ascension into art Mecca of Scotland, ahead of the arrival of the V & A Museum.
To further celebrate and showcase local talents, We Are Amused and Gallery 48 have collaborated to produce a unique Limited Edition print, signed by the artists, which will be launched and available to purchase on the Private Viewing night.
